I've found that one of the best and easiest ways to add new content to your website is to publish a blog on your own domain.
Blogs are easy to post to and maintain and they require no technical knowledge of setting up a website. Also search engines LOVE blogs because of the links and keywoord-rich content.
Tips to remember when you write a blog:
1. Keep your tone conversational
2. Keep posts at a length of about 300-500 words
3. Use all the correct techniques for web writing: bulleted lists, lots of white space.
4. Use keyword-rich links that lead search engines back to specific pages of your site so they'll spider them more easily.
In fact I think blogs are such an important tool for any business that I created a new site just to promote them.
