Blog Maniac site has a PR of 5 :-)
I think that's so cool, especially because I have used
NO RECIPROCAL LINKING - just publishing articles on blogging and inbound links from other blogs that picked up my articles and information.

Multi Linking with Blogs vs Link Spamming, he points out some of the pros and cons of using blogging as a method of "multi linking". I have seen some really awful examples of Google bombing using blogs myself, so what he says makes a lot of sense.

Creating Multi Links with Blogs, he shows you how he goes about creating links to pages within his websites that highlight specific features of the products he wants to promote.
Reciprocal links are "poor man's links" writes Rick on his
Marketing B.S. Blog. Inbound links from link directories are often on pages with no traffic and no PR. What's the point?
Although reciprocal linking has worked very well for me in the past, he does have a good point when he says that
having a reciprocal link program may actually deter you from the more useful exercise of getting high value links.
I mean why waste time requesting loads of links from overcrowded pages, when you could spend that time writing and publishing a few quality articles that can bring you much more traffic (not to mention personal branding).
